Great dish and I love the weight watchers point value being included. I made some rice on the side for my husband who isn’t dieting.

Very good!! I did it with one, so I eye balled the ingredient sizes. But it came out so good!

Flavorful. Cooked perfectly. I would definitely make it again. Try putting different ingredients in the pepper.
