I think a very good casserole over all. I did add some red pepper while I was cooking the broccoli 🥦, about an 8th teaspoon. And also I did add about twice as much Mexican cheese mix on the top which added crispiness. Also, instead of the milk I put in 1 cup of half-and-half and then added half a cup of water- hey that’s what I had around .. oh also I cut up large portobello mushroom instead and cut that into smaller chunks and use that instead of the small sliced mushrooms idea.

Very good! Used 1 cup of milk instead of 1 1/2 and subbed sour cream instead of the mayo

The recipe turned out perfect and delicious. I added jasmine rice as a side which was a fragrant and yummy compliment to the casserole.

Great - used a mix of breast and thighs - but loved it - was a little runny but had rice with It to absorbe the liquid.

It was very tasty. My husband who hates broccoli liked this casserole very much. I didn't have any cheese so tried without it and also I used sour cream instead of Greek yogurt
