This was a great recipe! The only sub. I made was almond milk for the cream due to family milk allergies. It still thickened up very well, and was quite tasty!

It was okay. Had to change it up a bit for our tastes.

Delicious the way it is

Delicious, added oregano & garlic salt. Used vegetable broth & (milk & greek yogurt) in place of heavy cream.

Definitely a good base recipe! I added quite a few things though such as worcestershire sauce, paprika, oregano, more of the dijon mustard, onion and lots of garlic. Turned out really good!

Really good meal and easy to make. I did not add mushrooms because my fiancé does not like them but it was still tasty. I added a bit more beef broth the then recipe called for for extra flavor. I would make this meal again!

great I added onions also.

My husband and I really loved this dish! He's not a fan of Dijon mustard and was totally surprised when I told him this recipe called for it. It was the right amount of seasonings and not bland at all. I used the baby red and white potatoes and cut them in quarters which made the cooking time only 15 minutes. Will definitely be making this again!

It was very bland even though I added onions, other seasonings. I don’t think the ground beef works with this recipe. I did not like the heavy cream in this recipe. It was okay but nothing to rave about not even my husband liked it but ate it anyway.

It was pretty good and quick. Husband liked it. I felt like it needed more flavor. Next time I will add onion and or garlic. i also omitted the mustard.

I added onions while cooking the beef for a little more flavor.

This was just gross. If I tried to make it again, I would omit the mustard. That was all I could taste. The photo looked good at least.

Sorry worst review I have given so far. Followed everything, it takes a lot longer to cook with bland results.

I cooked for longer and made with chicken broth and coconut milk instead of beef broth and cream. The coconut milk added an element that was delicious!

It was good but could be better. It needs a little more spice and more vegetables. some paprika perhaps? Definitely needs green or bed bell pepper.

My husband is a meat and potatoes guy, and this recipe has become one of my go to's! If you're in a hurry, we've found it helps to microwave the potatoes and carrots before hand so that they don't take so long to cook. I also cut up an onion and add that with the mushrooms. It's yummy comfort food!
Stacy Bernier 17 Jun 2017
Made this and thought it was odd that there was no onion. Couldn't taste the Dijon mustard, we found it quite bland despite the fact that I added fresh rosemary. I would make it again but definitely add onion and more spices.

I can't believe how easy this was and how delicious it is!! Definitely making his again!!

Yummy! Just think...replace potatoes with more mushrooms, and this could be a low carb dish! Keep carrots to a bare minimum, of course--I put mine in toward the end so they were al dente.
Harry 16 Feb 2017
easy to make, easy to enjoy was hoping for leftovers, but there were none. Even the kids plates were licked clean.

👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Delicious! My husband and I loved it and would definitely make it again! The flavor was amazing!

Easy recipe! It was tasty. I would make this again, but add some onion. I added cayenne to mine and my son added some hot sauce to his. I was careful to cut the carrots thin and made the potato cubes on the small side so I wouldn't end up with crunchy veggies. I also cooked it longer than what the recipe called out.

Love this recipe. Super easy, and a huge hit with the family. I always add a little extra mustard for more flavor. Yummy!

I didn't much care for this meal, but my husband and son liked it. I used red potatoes instead and had to cook it about 20 mins longer than the recipe calls for, and even then the potatoes and carrots were still a little crunchy. Not a huge success in my book but at least the boys liked it!
