- flour tortillas (about 8-inches diameter)
- mozzarella cheese (Grated)
- tomato sauce

My grandma made these for me as a kid all the time, except she’d fry the tortillas in a bunch of oil, then we would let the oil drain on a paper towel before putting the toppings on and broiling. I started doing them in the oven instead a long time ago. I bake the tortillas first, then put on toppings before baking/broiling again. I use pre-made pizza sauce. I am definitely going to try this method now too!
