I found this recipe to be on the bland side but very aromatic. I added roasted pinenuts a little more parsley and a drizzle of maple syrup to pick up the flavor.

I've made these several times and theyre always a huge hit with my family! We do always roast them in the oven rather than in a skillet on the stovetop. Marvelous!

Turned out great! Just a little dry, would add a bit more oil next time. Also I oven cooked mine so that may have been the cause of the dryness. But I love this recipe.
