Very good! Savory and not to sweet. I loved the idea of garlic and parsley with the touch of cinnamon. This makes a great side dish for almost anything!

I found this recipe to be on the bland side but very aromatic. I added roasted pinenuts a little more parsley and a drizzle of maple syrup to pick up the flavor.
Good. A little bland but good.
It’s okay. A little flavorless. Had to add some brown sugar to add some sweetness

I've made these several times and theyre always a huge hit with my family! We do always roast them in the oven rather than in a skillet on the stovetop. Marvelous!

Turned out great! Just a little dry, would add a bit more oil next time. Also I oven cooked mine so that may have been the cause of the dryness. But I love this recipe.

It turn out somewhat ok. I baked it so I don’t know what did wrong but it all came out dry

Tasty! But wish I would have done in the oven as it was hard not to burn the outside whole cooking throughout.

Tastes amazing much different than I thought it would
Needed lots more garlic and I had to add water while cooking but soooooo yummy and my toddler loves it!
Did it with yellow potatoes, and it turned out awesomely! Skipped the cinnamon though :)
Very good. Easy... try roasting next time
Made these in the skillet. Needed more oil than recipe described, but was excellent. Will definitely make again.
