This recipe is fantastic!! I browned my turkey sausage and 1/2 lb Italian sausage with plenty of onions, garlic, Italian seasoning and pepper. I used 100% whole wheat noodles and broke them up, followed with tomatoe sauce and 1 can tomatoes, bought them to a boil, added plenty of fresh spinach, ricotta and mozzarella cheese and topped it with parmesan cheese; let it sit to melt the cheeses and I thoroughly enjoyed it!!
