Added Italian Seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper for seasoning. Used Earl Campbell sausage, versus turkey sausage. #Yummy Decided to try Baby Red Potatoes, and cube them, vs slices. Only needed to cook another 15-mins. #Perfection Recommend waiting until second 15-mins to add veggies. Oh, and dont forget the #CHEESE like I did. Lol!

Followed the directions, next time I will not. Meat needs browning to add depth of flavor and by putting it in last it doesn’t reach the bottom of the pan for all the potatoes. Next time I will cook the sausage first, then add diced potatoes and the veggies.

swapped in chorizo sausages which i cooked before i started. i also diced the potatoes at very roughly 1.5 inch cubes. Nothing but great comments from my family. super fast, easy and inexpensive

This is a good recipe, but instead of green pepper, we add banana peppers and just as it it finishing, put a nice layer of fine shred cheddar cheese on it, cover it for about 2 minutes and then devour it.
