    I used basil instead of thyme since I didn’t have any and for the steak I seasoned it with garlic powder, Cayenne, steak seasoning, salt, & pepper. I also added more butter right before I took the potatoes off the stove and I had to cook them longer than the recipe. But it came out really good and I loveee how tender the steak came out. This is a recipe I’ll repeat!
