    The only thing that you shouldn't ignore is that you must cook onion, eggplant and peepers for 10 minutes then you can add the other ingredients and let the eggs for the end so every ingredient will be well cooked.

    I didn’t have a skillet so I used a wok... I’m sure it would of turned out better, but it was delicious
