I made this as a Valentine's Day surprise for my partner and I think I ate more than he did! Make sure to press the edges down good unless you like it crumbly 😋

Better than expected! Simple to make! I’ve made this about 6 times already. I made a Mint Green Tea Matcha Versión as well as a PB with Reese’s version!

Turned out even better than I imagined it would! Will definitely make again!! I used one stick of unsalted butter and 1/4 cup of shortening (I ran out of butter) but otherwise kept it as the recipe called for! Already can't wait to make it again for my family!

So delicious! My whole family raved about this and it is so much faster than making batch after batch of cookies! Try it warm with a scoop of home made vanilla ice cream. Yum!
