this was amazing ! I made it for my fiance to add more carbs for him i served it with pasta. also i didnt flour the chicken since he doesnt like chicken like that. Will make again !

Amazing recipe... We didn’t need the olive oil and we added sliced mushrooms a few minutes after we dropped the shallots. Delicious!

Love this! I used two chicken breast instead of thighs. And add sauteed white mushrooms with asparagus for my meal.

Flavor was great. I typically do not add salt to my plate but I needed to salt the chicken a bit. It paired perfect served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.

Made this dish tonight, easy and came out wonderful..I opted to use skinless chicken breast and rice flour which was cut up into several pieces. Instead of using olive oil, just popped the chicken into the bacon fat for more flavor on the chicken. Served with sauteed bok choy and carrots.. Keeper!!!
