Amazing recipe... We didn’t need the olive oil and we added sliced mushrooms a few minutes after we dropped the shallots. Delicious!

Great! I made half the recipe and came out well. Wish I had more shallots and paired it with something healthier. Yummy stuff!

Flavor was great. I typically do not add salt to my plate but I needed to salt the chicken a bit. It paired perfect served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.

Made this dish tonight, easy and came out wonderful..I opted to use skinless chicken breast and rice flour which was cut up into several pieces. Instead of using olive oil, just popped the chicken into the bacon fat for more flavor on the chicken. Served with sauteed bok choy and carrots.. Keeper!!!

I made this dish tonight and it was awesome. I didn't have white wine so I used Sherry and it came out great. This is a keeper for our family!
