I tried this recipe, and I LOVE IT! It's so easy to make, yet so delicious. Everyone in my family enjoyed this, and I will definitely keep making it.

Its a excellent recipe good to keep the weight down and still have taste. YOU CANNOT BEAT THAT !! There are other herbs that could be added such as basil we all like something different

We all loved it and to think it's healthy and low cal! I made a bit more chicken and kale than what the recipe called for so my daughters could bring it to work as lunch the next day. They said it was great as leftovers! .

We loved it! Already cooked something similar. We have raised our kids with an educated palette, so our family was all on board with the kale! The ale was a good choice as well. Over all a great evening!

So delicious! Followed the recipe exactly. Nothing I would change, though I recommend cutting up the chicken and kale into square pieces to make it more of a salad. A good amount of calories for lunch.
