  • 4 cups potatoes (medium golden yukon, But- any type of tater would work.)
  • 1 cup yellow onion (or diced white)
  • 4 eggs (More than 4 people? Add more eggs!)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • basil (Optional- Only if you're fancy.)
  • tomatoes (Option- Only if you're fancy.)
