- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 onion (large, thinly sliced)
- 1 sirloin steak (approximately 450 gr.)
- salt
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar

Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet on high heat and saute the onion until golden, approximately 5 minutes. Remove the onion and set aside.
- Salt the steak on both sides and place into the hot skillet. Cook for 6 minutes on each side for medium and 4 minutes more for well done. Remove from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting into thick slices.
- Return the onions to the skillet, add the water, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar. Cook until the liquids evaporate.
- Serve the sliced steak with the onions on the side.
