This is the exact same recipe my mom used and that I've used my whole adult life - so tasty. I keep the ingredients as is but also add some garlic powder and a bit of garlic salt. As for a side dish I use the fat drippings to make a yummy gravey and serve it over white rice. Oh the childhood memories!
