Great! Cooked them longer and in lower heat

These came out great. I think the mistake I've always made in the past was not using enough fat/oil. Then the pan dries out and the browning is very uneven. This time I used plenty, the chops were halfway submerged. Problem solved!

This is the exact same recipe my mom used and that I've used my whole adult life - so tasty. I keep the ingredients as is but also add some garlic powder and a bit of garlic salt. As for a side dish I use the fat drippings to make a yummy gravey and serve it over white rice. Oh the childhood memories!

Simple and Delicious! We loved it!

Great. Did she put down in her recipe that the pork chops can be finished in the oven at 400 and an internal temperature of 145?

Maybe because we ate it a few hours after it was cooked, the pork chop was tough. Taste is ok though...

Favorite quick and simple main course. Fantastic and tasty every time! (Just the way I've been making them for 35+years too.)

Should there be more pork chops? I haven't made these yet but they look delicious. As for star rating I'll go to 4 stars for now. Can't wait to cook these. Um.

I made it tonight. Kids loved it! I didn't change the recipe at all. It was perfect as is. Thanks.
