It was very quick and easy. (First time making an Indian dish on my own.) Done after only 4.5 hours on low. I used whole dairy milk, and whole fat Greek yogurt, and extra helping or two of heavy cream (obviously not choosing this recipe for the health factor), and used Kashmiri red chili powder instead or cayenne pepper. It was very yummy! It was definitely too acidic without the extra cream. Will definitely make again.

Awesome!! Cook it often.

I exchanged yoghurt and cream for a small container of sour cream. And the jalapeño and chili powder for one dried piri piri.

Fantastic flavour, great meal . Lots of sauce would add more chicken.

This was very good! The flavors were excellent. I added a little extra butter and salt at the end—just a personal preference. The dish is excellent without the extras.

full of flavour, but much better without the green pepper

An easy recipe, and tasty!

Not as good as I thought it would be for all the spices that go into this, it’s rather tasteless. I had to add a lot of salt and pepper at the end to make it flavorful

Delicious and just like it says, simple. The biggest challenge was having all the spices available. Once bought spices are bought you're ready for the next time. There will be many more next times, it was a hit! I used 1/4 tsp cayenne which worked well for us, Naan would also go well with this.

A bit spicier than I expected but still very delicious. Definitely got more than 4 servings out of it which is always a bonus. Easy to make, will likely become a regular meal.

Fantastic and easy, especially when you have lots of other chores to attend to.

Very good and easy. We cook Indian food a lot with usual complex prep. This recipe reminded me of Tiki Masala. Spicy but,not bad. We used frozen peas at the last 15 min instead of bell pepper.

Spicier than I like, but still very tasty.

This was so simple to make. The flavors were complex and my family LOVED it. This is a definite keeper!

Exquisite! We didn’t do the crock pot, more like the street vendor approach. It’s a keeper recipe.

Too much cayenne for us

It was Fab! A little too much heat for my family, so next time half the cayenne. Did not have Garam masala so made my own from recipe found on Yummly. I used sour cream not yogurt. Chicken thighs. Served over cauliflower rice. Will make again !

This was super easy to make and tastes great. I like that this dish delivers just enough flavor while not being too salty. If anything, you would want to add half a punch pinch of salt to your prepared serving plate for a finishing touch.

This meal was really good!! I just personally like mine a little creamier. I'll be adding more coconut milk and cream next time.
