I added some vanilla and cinnamon and opted out on the oil.
The pancakes were fluffy and delicious. Will make again.

Simple and adaptable. I added blueberries and vegan chocolate chips to mine, and they turned out great.

Really good. I’d add some cinnamon and nutmeg but not that much. They’re really fluffy.

These pancakes turned out great! They are pretty fluffy, light, and very lightly sweetened (without toppings, I couldn’t even taste the sugar, so I would recommend using sweetened milk if you like sweet pancake batter). I switched the soy milk for almond milk, and the canola oil for melted coconut oil, and the pancakes were delicious! I’ll definitely make them again.

Exactly what I was looking for, tastes just like the pancakes I had growing up. I used sweetened soy milk and added vanilla for extra sweetness.
