I didn't add the chickpeas as my 5yr old hates them so it was a bit more work to make them.. defiantly toddler approved

OMW these are amazing! I fiddled it a bit and did 50:50 tofu:chickpeas. I also added some mustard and rosemary to make them taste like my pre-veganism meatballs. 100% hit the spot and my manlier half is obsessed. Thanks so much for the recipe!

The word "simple" in the title is a little misleading. These are not simple. They require quite a few ingredients that not everyone has on hand and there are many steps to make them. Worth it though for the end result. Very tasty with spaghetti
