We loved it! This time I cut three acorn squash in half, but next time I’ll only do two so that each one has more goodness in it. I’ll also add another apple because that was one of our favorite ingredients.

This was so delicious!!! Easy to make, healthy and had the sweet/savory combo. I definitely recommend!
Super easy and super savory. I had never cooked with fennel seed before now that I know how great it taste i will def. make this recipe again. The apple gives it a hint of sweet as well.
