This pork roast recipe was very good. I will make again sometime. I pierced the roast with a knife and added 1 cup of beef broth.

Easy, succulent and savory! This was a big hit for Easter dinner. It took a little longer than one hour to cook, even with a smaller roast. I added sage (which pairs fantastically with pork), a dash of cinnamon, and some ground cloves to round out the taste of the seasoning.
