For my first time making them, egg rolls turned out pretty good. My husband loved! Need to half the recipe though. We ate egg rolls for days.

these are REALLY good! the only thing I would do differently next time would be to season the meat a little more, but my family loves salt, so we found these to be just a bit bland. Really good and really easy though, will make again!

I have been making egg rolls for several years ,the only thing I change is different kinds of meat.my family loves sausage i drain all the grease off of it after i cook it .it is very good.thank you,Judith E. Kayse
