  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs (toasted, like plain panko, ok to use GF or flour)
  • 2 scallions (sliced)
  • 1 pinch salt (and pepper, about ⅛ teaspoon each – see notes)

  • 1/8 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/8 cup dill
  • 1 tablespoon capers
