Mine doesn't look nearly as palatable, but -then again- cooking isn't my thing. But the small bite I took was pretty tasty (it's 5:45 am. I made it for my lunch!)!

Perfect salmon! I used a lot of lemon and cooked it on my cast iron. it was incredible.

Great easy recipe. My husband and I loved it. I would recommend you do put something in the pot not just the bare salmon. I used oil and Fried it with this recipe.

Worked great for farm raised salmon. Very easy, fast and tasty. I would not recommend for wild salmon

Omg really delicious. I used cast iron skillet. Heat was a tad high but, wait, it gave a great char crust. I got salmon off skillet just in time.
