- 4 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Trim ends from the Brussels sprouts and cut in half. If the sprouts are very large, cut them into quarters.

The edges and some of the smaller cuts of the sprouts burned at 400. I think I’ll try it at 375 next time. But aside from that they came out pretty cool
