The beef was super tasty, great advise to stick the garlic in the pockets. I ate all my garlic as well, my husband did not, matter of taste. I accompanied my beef with a mushroom sauce.

Roast turned out so tasty and perfectly cooked. My oven only took 2 hours to cook through and have a nice crispy outside. Will definitely make this again.

It came out awesome!!!! I will definitely make it again I served it with white rice and mixed vegetables along with a salad it was a hit!!!! I actually made it on my large Nonstick Calphalon with the rack and it came out perfect

Totally going to make again! Very simple. Didn't use cooking spray on the oven rack and the mess wasn't too bad.
