    i may have over-mixed mine, but it wasn't cooked through even after i put it back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.

    Very Yummy! I took off 5 minutes because of my oven, and its very moist. Tasted like fall even at the start of May!

    Love this pumpkin bread recipe. Very moist I added chopped walnuts and a handful of chocolate chips .Delicious will definitely make again.

    Turned out really good and moist. Forgot the vanilla extract and that would have made it even better. Will make it again later this week.
