    it turned out great. I don't like that there was no minutes given or measurements too much but I did it in a cast iron pan and came out nice and tender. I think I put a little too much salt on it but was better than some of the others that I've made.

    Easy, simple, and quick! Great crispy skin and medium well meat inside. Might add some more herbs to the outside next time.
