Description

No added sugar or artificial juice, this fruit salad is sweetened with honey and orange juice and spiced with cinnamon. A great way to use up the fruit in your house before it spoils. Gluten free, vegetarian. The honey can be substituted in order to make this dish vegan.

Ingredients

3 apples
5 kiwi
3 orange
2 orange (juice)
1 tablespoon honey
ground cinnamon (to taste)
1 cinnamon sticks

Directions

1Peel all the fruits, and slice in small pieces. Put in a bowl. Sprinkle with orange juice.
2Pour in the honey, sprinkle with ground cinnamon, and add cinnamon stick.
3Refrigerate.
4Serve cold. Before serving, mix well.
