No added sugar or artificial juice, this fruit salad is sweetened with honey and orange juice and spiced with cinnamon. A great way to use up the fruit in your house before it spoils. Gluten free, vegetarian. The honey can be substituted in order to make this dish vegan.
- 3 apples
- 5 kiwis
- 3 oranges
- 2 oranges (juice)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ground cinnamon (to taste)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Peel all the fruits, and slice in small pieces. Put in a bowl. Sprinkle with orange juice.
- Pour in the honey, sprinkle with ground cinnamon, and add cinnamon stick.
- Serve cold. Before serving, mix well.
