Simple Fruit Salad


No added sugar or artificial juice, this fruit salad is sweetened with honey and orange juice and spiced with cinnamon. A great way to use up the fruit in your house before it spoils. Gluten free, vegetarian. The honey can be substituted in order to make this dish vegan.


  • 3 apples
  • 5 kiwi
  • 3 orange
  • 2 orange (juice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ground cinnamon (to taste)
  • 1 cinnamon sticks


  1. Peel all the fruits, and slice in small pieces. Put in a bowl. Sprinkle with orange juice.
  2. Pour in the honey, sprinkle with ground cinnamon, and add cinnamon stick.
  3. Refrigerate.
  4. Serve cold. Before serving, mix well.
