    This was very good. i added a hanful of raisins which I liked, but my husband picked out. Not surprised! The maple syrup was a first and made it just the right balance for the vinegar. I'll make it again..

    With just the two of us eating dinner tonight, I cut the recipe in half. It was very good.....added diced radish and red pepper, cauliflower and broccoli flowerets. Great flavor...will serve it at nest weekend's dinner party...this time doubling the recipe. I used real maple syrup (from Vt)....makes a difference in sweet flavor. Might even add a dash or two of hot sauce to pump up the flavors.
