Very simple to make and was a hit with the family

After raising the charcoal fire pan to sear I had a difficult time lowering the heat to finish the chicken quarters.. My chicken quarters were large and maybe par boiling them a while first would help. My family liked them but they could have cooked longer.

Yummy and simple! I used boneless skinless legs and thighs so they didn't take as long and I used Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce with dry mustard and sugar added to it. I cooked them on our Traeger grill and after they were pretty much done I put them on smoke for 10 minutes. Definitely a win for my picky eaters!!
