  • black ground pepper
  • kosher salt

One of my Favourites and as I live alone I eat things exactly the way you do. Chicken feet, Asian turkey wings,necks and only brown chicken meat,of course most of my Aussie friends will not come near me. I also adore all the insides of a chicken an little quail ,I also have some absolutely georgeous recipes for tripe apart from coming it our Aussie style with white sauce and lots of onions and parsley I adore the asian style of cooking trip. Have just read all your story and although would like to coo quail in 1 or 2 diffence dishes I am being greedy and cooking 3whole quail with capers and Dijon mustard and eating all at once by myself.mymouth is drooling.
