I added chunks of dried salami and Kalamata olives to the salad. My family loved the taste, flavors and colors. It is a repeat recipe for my family during Italian celebrations.

I made this recipe in hopes to try and make a Sicilian salad like the ones that I have ordered in a restaurant. This recipe puts any restaurant salad to shame with its robust flavors and all around goodness. I cannot wait to prepare this 4 star salad again in the near future.
