Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (thin-sliced)
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper (medium, cut into strips)
  • 1 onion (medium, thinly sliced)
  • 1 package chicken (McCormick® Sicilian, with Tomato, Basil & Garlic Skillet Sauce)

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once. Remove from skillet.
  2. Stir vegetables into skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Stir in Skillet Sauce. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve with cooked pasta, if desired.
