Cooked rice with all the other ingredients. 1 cup isn't enough. Glad I decided to put 2. Added some chicken breast and it turned out great!

This was so flavourful! Used chorizo. The heat was just right for me, a little too spicy for my Mom, so would reduce the red pepper for her next time.

Really great recipe, we like it spicy so I always put more ground cayenne than the recipe calls for.

This is a great recipe, it quickly became a staple. I usually follow the instructions for cooking the rice in the same pot with jambalaya.

Every body loved it I make a few changes Icook the rice with the chicken broth,little at a time, till the liquid was absorb and no more liquid very good I will make it again
