  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Thai Kitchen Premium Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon roasted red chili paste (Thai Kitchen®)
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 cup snow peas (or sugar snap peas, trimmed)
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

    Directions

    1. HEAT oil in large skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; stir fry 30 seconds. Add fish sauce, red chili paste and sugar; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes or until onion softens.
    2. STIR in snow peas and bell pepper; stir fry 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add shrimp; stir fry 2 to 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Serve immediately.
