- 4 cups Zoodles (zucchini noodles, about 2-3 medium zucchini spiralized)
- 1 pound shrimp (deveined, boiled, peeled, chilled)
- 1/2 cup basil pesto (Basic, Recipe)

Delicious and easy to make. I sauteed garlic in some oil before adding the shrimp and zoodles to give it some additional flavor.

Just the shrimp and pesto as the flavor was a little bland. I added a tbsp of minced garlic and a dash of red chili flakes to brighten up the flavor. Just remember zoodles will never be noodles no matter how well you cook them.
