Awesome recipie. Cleanup from the grits is a little challenging but worth it.

Perfect! I used andouille sausage instead of the bacon

I had to make some adjustments due to not having all items but had most or made some substitutes. But this meal was super yummy... ate it so fast that i forgot to take a picture
