    I didn’t have all of the ingredients (subbed onions for shallots, no celery or chiles) and it was still delicious. Can’t wait to make it again with the right ingredients.

    Make this dish often...its so savory and yummy with a kick. i do throw some louisiana hot sauce in mine but the flavors all coming together is delicious!
