very easy to make on a busy night...healthy and great flavor.. I added pico de gallo.and serranos for a little more spice. We like spicy food in South Texas.

simple. amazing. you need to make this if you enjoy shrimp.

For me it was a little bland. I added purple onion, and turned the chopped tomato into pico de gallo. Next time I’ll marinate shrimp longer too. I used quinoa because I didn’t have brown rice and I didn’t want to use white.

Great recipe and pretty easy to make. The shrimp was seasoned perfectly.
