I did this recipe the first time and loved it. I decided to add a couple muscles and bay scallops this time around and holy cow. I know what I’ll be doing again.

It turned out amazing! I didn’t use onions in my recipe, and I kind of eyed most of my measurements but I’d definitely recommend. 10 out of 10 delicious

You can never go wrong with a Pioneer Woman recipe. This was my first attempt and it tasted restaurant quality. Even my five year old ate it!

After the hurricane I made this on a double-burner Coleman camp stove and it was amazing. With no power for 20 hours, it was time to break out the Pink Argentine shrimp I had waiting in the freezer. I did use 2 pounds of shrimp though. Boy did it hit the spot.

Delicious! I did modify with red pepper flakes instead of hot sauce so the sauce would not change the whole dish flavor. Additionally I served over separately cooked cauliflower rice. This recipe is a keeper

Perfect summer evening meal! I don't usually read the blog that is included with the recipe but the Pioneer woman's post about her memory of scampi was funny. Scampi is my husband's and mine go to dinner when our kid is at camp and we enjoyed this very much.

Delicious recipe! i added red pepper flakes and used Frank's Red hot instead. also added cream to the sauce, which went a long way towards making the dish richer.

So delicious and easy! I make this recipe at least once a month. I do not add as much lemon as suggested and add a little more wine...
