    Delicious! To begin, I sautéed the garlic in a bit of olive oil and added butter. Then at the end I drizzled a touch of olive oil over it before tossing it all together. I will definitely be making this again!

    SO good! Followed recipe except: instead of white wine or chicken stock, I used 1/4 cup of pasta water ( which contains the starch from the cooked pasta so the sauce thickens and is reabsorbed by the pasta). The lemon zest adds a fresh taste. Delicious !

    I've tried a lot of shrimp scampi recipes but never added red pepper flakes. It gave this savory familiar recipe a new dimension, we really enjoyed it.

    I love this recipe very easy to follow. I loved how they incorporated the red crush peppers into the recipe it gave it a nice kick! I used a wine called love story in the recipe and also for drinking with the meal. Very delicious will make again.

    Very good! I used about a 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes, and drained most of the sauce off before adding the pasta. I also added about 1/2 tsp of Cajun Seasoning to it as well. But I like the added spice.

    Used fresh angel hair pasta and upped the butter and wine for more sauce. Flavor was light and fresh. Will make again.

    This is a good baseline recipe to start with! I think 1/4 cup of lemon juice is a little too much. I added another 1/4 cup of wine (my partner got moscato instead of regular white), triple the red pepper flakes, doubled the butter, and double the garlic! We also couldn't get parmesan cheese so I used havarti cheese instead. With the additions, it turned out really well (just less lemon next time).

    I made this with bay scallops instead of shrimp. Great flavor! I squeezed 1/2 lemon and that was plenty of lemon for our taste. Loved the combination of the lemon and red pepper spice. Will make again!
