Not bad...The sauce evaporated very quickly, so i had to add more of the lemon juice and white wine just to try to stretch it.

Love how simple and quick this recipe is! I used chicken stock because I didn’t have any white wine, still came out pretty good but next time I’ll use the wine to see if the taste is different. Wish the sauce was thicker though. ***update: double the butter and used white cooking wine and let the sauce reduce, it came out much better!

The flavor was fantastic but I would have liked the sauce a touch thicker. Also, it felt like it needed something more.

Made recipe for dinner. The family loved it. I used precooked shrimp and will do it with raw shrimp next time. The flavor was perfect.

AWESOME!!!! you need to reduce a bit so the sauce thickens.

Great-doubled sauce/shrimp and used 12oz veggie linguine, mixed in 1/2 c Parm-Regg. Husband suggested adding capers. I’ll try next time.

Tossed it with fresh shrimp, mozzarella balls and grape tomatoes, used a little of the pasta water to add some broth, but it still came out a little dry. My bad! Should have used more butter, a little more wine and a cup of chicken stock like i normally so. Recipe is a rock star and easy to make! Have made a lot of scampi and this one is great for a quick dinner! Happy Valentines Day!

It was very simple! The shelling and deveining is the hardest part. I added english peas to add a touch of color and flavor, and served with braised kale. Will use again!
