Simple, but amazingly delicious. I served it on a bed of jasmine rice, side of broccoli and garlic bread. It's definitely a recipe I'd serve to guests.

I made and served to my husband and cousin, who have been in some of the fimest resturant in the world, claimed it to be as good, if not better. Five stars from me. By the way I LOVED it as well.

It was good, but I would leave out the red peppers and add capers and use more wine and garlic so their is a little more sauce to serve it with.
