Needless to say, but I think the proportions are off. I don’t even own a fry pan to handle 4 cups of rice. And 1 egg for 4 cups! I cut the rice in half, added extra eggs and added some onions and extra seasonings. Will make again with these adjustments. Flavorful and easy to make.

Just ok- it was a lot more difficult than I anticipated- next time I will have all the ingredients lined up and ready to go and I wouldn’t use a cast iron skillet - the rice kept sticking to the bottom and kept having to transfer rice to another dish, wipe out the burnt rice and add more oil

Easy to prepare. Kids loved it, even my picky eater. I cut the recipe in half and used 2 eggs instead of one. Good meal!

Dish was delic!!! We added adobo and two eggs. It's a quick easy dish. Might use it again for a weeknight dinner.
