I followed directions to a tee.I did seed the tomatoes and cucumber and hand cut all ingredients except onion and jalapeños. I think tomatoes need to be hand cut otherwise they get too mushy.

Absolutely delicious! Makes a ton of servings though so I hope it holds up in my fridge for a few day!
