  • pepper
  • 2 carrots (shredded)
  • 2 mint leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon dried blueberries (blueberry raisins)

Directions

This is such a great recipe! I serve this with anything that would usually have coleslaw or a small salad garnish. It’s light and flavorful but adds a punch on the plate. I recommend this with either blueberries or cranberries.
