  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 onions (large, diced, about 2 cups)
  • 3 medium carrots (diced, 1 heaping cup)
  • 3 celery stalks (diced, 1 heaping cup)
  • 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped, about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or sherry vinegar)

  • 1 tablespoon coconut amino
  • 1 ounce dried porcini mushrooms (heaping cup)
