  • 1 tablespoon bacon fat
  • 1 yellow onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 anchovies

  • 28 ounces plum tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 16 ounces pizza dough (ball of)

  • 1 cup tomato sauce (” made from the short ribs, recipe below)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella (use as much/as little as you like and don’t buy pre-shredded!)
