Directions
- Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain and let cool; place in medium bowl. In a small jar with tight-fitting lid, shake together the sherry, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger. Drizzle dressing over vegetables; garnish with green onion and red pepper. If made ahead, cover and refrigerate.
