The meat eating household members loved this. Made a quick compound butter to top the steak as referenced on the blog. So easy. We will make this again, however my steaks were a bit too thick and I should have removed the broccoli prior to adding the extra cook time.

Easy and delicious! I will be making this again!

very nice and easy steak recipe! delicious with garlic butter, but very garlicky all in all so be careful :)

Not bad, portion size is really far off. Cooked for 4 and ended up using two pans, the potatoes were a little too hard, I'd opt for the smaller white ones next time.

This turned out excellent! I followed the directions and par bouled the potatoes. The only substitution I made was I broiled it a little late longer. It was delicious!

kind of blah, will jazz up seasonings next time

Really easy to make and clean up

Vee good. Didn’t slice the steak first though—big mistake. Burned veggies waiting for steak to finish. Will make again, slicing steak first!

potatoes were a little too firm. I need to boil them longer. otherwise - yum.

Cooked the steak until medium well. About 7 to 10 minutes a side. Delicious!

Coat both the sides of the steak with freshly ground salt and pepper to form a nice crust. The steak was very rare with the reccomended cooking time, so we added another minute to finish it up. Let the steak set for ~5 minutes before slicing so that all the juice doesn't run out! Anyone complaining about the steak not being seasoned doesn't know how to cook steak. It only takes salt and pepper!!!!

The steak wasn’t seasoned well with this recipe I followed it because the reviews were good

My family and I love it!

so easy and delicious! the potato parboiling time wasn't long enough so the larger pieces were raw in the middle. would recommend boiling them for 30 minutes or so. I will make this dish often!

The meal is good. I would make some tweaks for my personal preferences but overall easy to do

Turned out quite good

It turned out pretty good. I used the regular sized red potatoes instead of the little ones, but i did cut them into quarters. It turned out pretty delicious. Also, I used just one pound of steak and it was enough for 2 people and 2 left over meals for work.
