    Wish I would've made more. Barely had leftovers. Also should've taken out about 5 minds sooner but that's just me. They were still delicious and tender. It's a guarentee to repeat.

    Whole family loved it, even picky teenage “food connoisseur”.. So super easy too. Had to buy a cheap cut of meat but I marinated it all day & it came out tender. Will make this again for sure!

    Twelve minutes was long enough to cook through. Would use 2 peppers and 2 onions next time. Served with sour cream and shredded cheese.
