    We just made this. Wow. Absolutely great. We doubled the butter and old bay seasoning. And didn’t use any lemon. Wished we doubled the corn. It was amazing. Will def make it again.

    It was delish! I did not find smoked andouille sausage, but substituted fresh andouille sausage which I cooked before I sliced it. Lemon juice at the end adds a lot.

    This was delicious. Next time I might cut the potatoes in half so they get more of the seasoning. Otherwise I wouldn't change a thing. Easy to make.

    Taste is 5*, but I was disappointed by the par boiling required. next time I'd do that in the microwave. substituted smoked sausage and decreased old bay seasoning significantly, this made it a hit with the kids!
